A retainer fee of 50% of the entire ceremony cost estimate MUST be paid in advance and is required to book a date and time for a wedding. This may be made using my ‘PayPal' page on  this website. This is the quickest way to send monies intending to reserve your date. There is an additional    $10 fee to cover PayPal costs, listed under "Shipping".

Retainer fees and donations are not refundable. I will attempt to reschedule should the wedding be cancelled by you for any reason.

Payment in full can be made via 'PayPal' or in the form of cash or cashier’s check(payable to Rev. Mark Bernard)and is due two weeks prior to the ceremony date. If the balance is not received two weeks before the wedding date, special arrangements may be made with me by phone. Otherwise your time and date reservations are cancelled and may be booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. If you need to make partial payments, you may do so only by special arrangement with me by phone, and you still have to be paid in full two weeks prior to ceremony date.   Reservations made with less than 21 days remaining until the wedding require a 100% non-refundable payment. Sorry, no personal checks.

Please make cashier's checks payable to:

Rev. Mark Bernard

and mail to:

The Weddin’ Guy

There will be an additional $10 fee to cover costs associated with PayPal. This cost will appear on your order as "Shipping". The full 50% retainer fee should be made to: weddinguy@sbcglobal.net.

You will receive a notice(via mail or email if available) acknowledging the receipt of the retainer fee and confirming your date and time booking.
