Vow renewals are a service used by an already-married
couple to re-affirm their commitment to each other and to their marriage. Usually consisting of repeating the original wedding
vows, or new vows reflecting their relationship. Predominantly, renewals are held on an anniversary. Some want a formal renewal
following a civil wedding or elopement. This might be the only chance to have their communion with their friends and family.
Though vow renewals aren’t legal ceremonies, there are less do’s and don’ts. It is very flexible, and couples
may desire to put some extra time and thought into their renewal.
